Short Revival of Doo-Wop Classics

Due to encouraging signs coming forth with the state of the Internet Radio, Doo-Wop Classics will revive somewhat, taking it a month at a time. What this means is that the slots for free listeners will open again, although there will not be as many as there were before.

The date for the royalty rate increases has been put back from May 15th to July 15th. Also, the Internet Radio Equality Act has been introduced into Congress. Such events are encouraging, and I hope that I will be able to revive Doo-Wop Classics to its former "glory."

Please come to this blog for recent updates in this war to keep the music alive.

I became a Doo Wop fan in the early 50's listening to Gee by the Crow's..and I love this site and have been going to it most days for years. I'll be 70 next month but still feel like a kid listening to this site.

What kind of top doo-wop 100 list could you possibly compile without the miracles, the Manhattans or the Temptations not to mention Gladys Knight and the Pips ?
